Payment information when you purchase a course or product. Payment processing is handled by Skool and Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with anyone except where required by law or where necessary to deliver your purchase (for example passing your details to PeopleCert to issue your exam voucher).

By using our website or purchasing our products you agree to these terms.
About us
Prepare2Lead is a trading name of Compalley Ltd. We are a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organisation. Registry ID 8948.
Products and services
We sell project management certification products including exam vouchers, ebooks and eLearning packages supplied by PeopleCert.
All exam vouchers are official PeopleCert vouchers. All certifications are issued by PeopleCert. We act as an authorised reseller of PeopleCert products.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD on our Skool platform. UK and international customers will be charged the equivalent in their local currency at the time of purchase. Currency conversion is handled by your bank or card provider.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Skool and Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Delivery
After purchase you will receive an email from PeopleCert inviting you to create your candidate account. Your exam voucher, ebook and eLearning access will be available through your PeopleCert account. Delivery is typically within 7 days of purchase.
Exam voucher validity
Exam vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue by PeopleCert. It is your responsibility to book and sit your exam within this period.
Intellectual property
All content on prepare2lead.com including text, images, videos and graphics is the property of Compalley Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services in good faith. We cannot guarantee that you will pass your exam or achieve any specific career outcome as a result of using our products or services. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Prepare2Lead. Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Exam vouchers
Exam vouchers are issued directly by PeopleCert and activated through your PeopleCert candidate account. Once your voucher has been redeemed and activated we are unable to offer a refund. This is because the voucher has been issued by PeopleCert and cannot be returned.
If you have purchased a product but have not yet received or activated your PeopleCert voucher, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@prepare2lead.com and we will assess your request.
eLearning access
eLarning access is provided through PeopleCert’s platform and is activated when you redeem your voucher. Once activated we are unable to offer a refund on eLearning access.
Take2 resit option
Take2 is purchased as part of your exam voucher before your first exam attempt. Take2 is not refundable once purchased regardless of whether you pass or fail your exam.
Before you purchase
We strongly recommend that you read the full product description and ask any questions before purchasing. You can post questions in our free community at prepare2lead.com/community and James will answer them personally before you commit to a purchase.
Exceptional circumstances
In exceptional circumstances we may consider refund requests on a case by case basis. To request a refund please contact us at hello@prepare2lead.com with your order details and reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
