WHO WE ARE
Prepare2Lead was founded by James J. Bailey.
Associate Director. Senior PMO Lead. SC Cleared. Two decades delivering complex programmes across central government, civil service, police and space agencies.
James started one grade above graduate and worked his way up by learning strategically and demonstrating he could operate at the next level before anyone gave him the title.
His first breakthrough came at a Compaq interview. When asked what a project plan looks like, he walked to the whiteboard and drew the entire structure. Stages. Dependencies. Decision points. Risk. Reporting. The Programme Director said if that is how our plans are going to look, you are hired. James went from £19,000 to £60,000 in two weeks.
That approach never changed. Every qualification James pursued had a purpose. When a UK Space Agency contract required Better Business Cases certification, he identified the gap, got certified and landed the contract at £950 a day.
