1. Who you contract with
These terms apply to purchases made through Prepare2Lead.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover paid Prepare2Lead community membership and the digital content made available through that membership. The Skool checkout also displays transaction-specific information, including the current price, billing interval, any trial and payment-provider terms.
Exam vouchers, official learning products and certification purchases made through the Compalley Exam Centre are separate transactions and use the terms shown through that purchase route.
3. Price, billing and renewal
- Prepare2Lead membership is advertised from $97 a month. The price and currency shown at checkout are the price you agree to pay.
- Membership renews on the billing cycle shown at checkout until it is cancelled.
- Payment is processed by the payment provider used through Skool. Compalley Ltd does not store full payment-card details.
- Your bank or card provider may apply exchange-rate or international transaction charges.
4. Trials and access
If a trial is offered, its duration and the first billing date are shown at checkout. Some resources may unlock only after the trial period. Access rules are controlled through the membership settings and may change for future members, but a material change will not rewrite a transaction already agreed.
5. Cancelling renewal
You can manage or cancel the subscription through the Skool account used to join. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless the checkout or platform states otherwise.
6. Statutory cancellation rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by UK consumer law. Distance contracts normally carry a 14-day cancellation period, subject to rules that apply when a consumer requests immediate delivery of a service or digital content.
Where checkout asks you to request access during the cancellation period, it may also ask you to acknowledge how starting the service or digital supply affects that right. Any refund will reflect the law, the access supplied and the transaction-specific checkout terms.
7. Refunds
Fees already charged are not automatically refundable because a member changes their mind after using the service. We will provide a refund where UK consumer law requires one or where the applicable checkout terms expressly provide one.
Send a request to hello@prepare2lead.com with the account email, purchase date and reason. This does not replace cancelling future renewal through Skool.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Membership access is personal unless a product explicitly says otherwise. You may use supplied templates and resources for your own professional work. You must not resell, republish, share access, distribute the course library or present Prepare2Lead material as your own product.
9. Professional outcomes
Prepare2Lead provides education, tools, feedback and community support. It does not guarantee a job, promotion, salary, contract award, examination pass or other career outcome. You remain responsible for decisions, applications, evidence and professional conduct.
10. Availability and third-party platforms
Membership relies on services including Skool and payment providers. We will take reasonable steps to maintain access but cannot promise that every third-party platform will be uninterrupted. Material service changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
11. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Compalley Ltd is not liable for indirect loss or for a career or commercial outcome that was never guaranteed.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom where applicable.
